

W.E.F 1st October, 2020, ESIC has become applicable to all the Commercial Establishments and Shops having 10 or more persons. Previously the condition of ESIC applicability was : 1) 10 or more employees in case of Factory and 2) 20 or more coverable employees in case of Shops & Comm. Estt.
