Mandatory submission of claims through online mode in case of settlement amount is above Rs. 10 lacs for PF and above Rs. 5 Lacs for EPS Based on the HO letter no. WSU/17(1)2017/Frauds/20514 dated 27/02/2018, it has been directed that in case the amount of PF/ Pension withdrawal claim settlement is above Rs.10 lacs/ Rs. 5 Lacs respectively, the claim form has to be submitted through online mode only. The bank account of such PF members should have been seeded and verified in the system before forwarding such claims.
